Guided Autobiography
Organizing Your Life Story

Prime the memories you gathered during the process of growing up and maturing. Join a group of like-minded individuals who want to organize and write their life stories for their own information or for family, friends, and others.

This course is intended for mature individuals who have lived long enough to gather experiences that call for organization and integration. The fabric of individual lives is explored to help sharpen the similarities and differences in the structures and events of all lives. In 10 sessions, nine major themes of life are explored through writing assignments and group discussion sessions.

The course provides a plan for writing an autobiography that covers, among other areas, family, life's work, money, health, and life goals. The process encourages people to look at their lives and appreciate all that they have been through good and bad and then move forward with optimism.
