Fall Community Meeting

The UCLA Center on Aging presents:

The Memory Prescription: A 14-Day Plan to Keep Your Brain and Body Young

Featuring: Gary W. Small, MD

Dr. Small will describe a 14-day program from his new book, "The Memory Prescription," which combines healthy lifestyle strategies (diet, memory raining, stress reduction, and physical conditioning) for improving memory and brain health . The strategies are based on scientific evidence that these approaches are associated with improved brain health and lower risk for Alzheimer's disease. He will also present the results of a UCLA study demonstrating that the 14-day program improves brain efficiency, memory ability, stress levels, and physical health.
